CurrentOur Mission: Enable CSPs of all sizes to simplify, excite and grow!Responsible for enabling customer success by guiding and driving the deployment of Calix Giga solutions which allow our customers to deliver the Ultimate Wi-Fi Experience to their subscribers. Serving as a trusted advisor to our customers, beginning from the point of sale, extending through deployment and project success.● Partner with customers to provide value, identify key business objectives and optimize adoption● Assist customers in developing Giga systems deployment plans based on specific action plans● Collaborate with customers to identify and address obstacles impacting Giga system deployments● Drive to plan, monitor processes, provide customer-facing and internal progress reporting● Drive software upgrades to current cadence to deliver optimal subscriber experience● Support post sales technical support of Calix’s network solutions● Develop and provide best practices to customers for Calix Giga solutions● Advise customers on technical issues, specific network architectures and applications● Deliver technical presentations to customer's staff and senior management● Deliver personalized Giga solutions deployment workshops● Build and lead Technical Enablement sessions● Moderate Circles of Success sessions● Work cross-functionally with internal partners to identify areas for product improvement, enhancements and new feature requests from customers.
