Senior Contract Associate
- Pre/ Post contract management- Evaluate, negotiate and execute the variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.- Maintain and update all records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to the best case scenario for the company.- Assess tender risks- Micro review and tracking the tender baseline cost before final mark-up- Attending all post tender interview and negotiations - Resolving contractual and commercial disputes that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.- Review LOA terms and conditions prior signing- Recruit, assign and responsible for overseeing QS team, suppliers and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met- Develop project documentation/ cost database system including monitor all milestones for timely award of sub-contracts, timely submission of claims, variation, cash flow and material consumption based on agreed Construction work programme- Responsible for project budget monitoring, tracking and cost reconciliation- Attending weekly Client/ Consultant meeting to ensure all progress are smooth and project changes are discussed and concluded- Review price comparison and negotiate with Trade Contractors/ Suppliers- Develop and maintaining good relationship with Clients to ensure timely payment collection - Propose VFM (Value For Money) solution to Clients/ Consultants - Managing Main Contract’s Final Account- Prepare and conclude Profit & Loss report - Initiate Post Mortem meeting for continual improvement.
