RFID Access Control Sales.I manage all new construction sales activity for Choice/Raddison Hotels nationwide, along with any opportunity (not Marriott or Hilton) in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, Maine, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Connecting with leads, qualifying leads, creating all required project documentation and building the proposal, presenting the proposal, overcoming objections, closing the deal, and nurturing the customer's project. Internal support is not provided until an extensive list of internal requirements is met to allow order entry (by others). Once a project manager is assigned, I am responsible for the introduction and project handoff while continuing to support the project manager.

• Lead Engineer and/or Project Manager for multiple clients. • Conducts pre-design, design, and pre-bid budgetary meetings with owner.• Provides professional recommendations for concept and final design. • Validates the vision and scopes of work before RFP release, and continues to manage the entire RFP phase through completion. • Writes specifications for a multitude of technologies. Including but not limited to; VoIP, Switching, WLAN, Servers, Storage, Backup solutions, disaster recovery solutions, fiber backbone, and K-12 Interactive Classrooms.• Reviews bids at public bid opening to ensure requirements are met, conducts post-bid interviews, and prepares recommendation for the owner. Also responsible for final project close out. • Manages all activities in the field. Including all coordination with A/E Firm, General Contractor, Program Manager, etc., and the owner as required.

• Technician role required hands on technical services for large scale projects. These projects include, but are not limited to; Microsoft Exchange migrations, Microsoft server migrations, MDM, and new infrastructure hardware implementations. • Lead Network Technician for multiple clients. Daily tasks included daily maintenance and monitoring of; servers, routers, general network traffic, a/v, user computers, servers, switches, routers, WAPs, VoIP systems, mobile devices, MDM, etc.• Advised clientele on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, impact on other business process and system priorities for everything technology and communication related. • Created and scheduled billable work.• Continually sought ways to apply technology to business processes.
