Work closely clients through all phases of the SDLC to develop a wide variety of systems. Successfully managed several teams of developers. Team size varied from just two developers up to half a dozen developers, multiple SMEs, a couple testers and project sponsors. I worked with a wide variety of development methodologies but had the best results using Scrum processes.All project at Celeritas required close involvement with end-users and project sponsors. These activities included defining user stories, acceptance testing support, risk management, resource planning.Some of the roles I filled during these projects include developer, project manager, team leader, and architect. The nature of most of the projects necessitated adaptation and quickly coming up to speed on technology and business processes.

Started out as a developer and within a year was promoted to lead all of development in the company. Worked with business partners to define, prioritize and develop line of business applications. Completed two major migrations: the first was migrating from a severely overtaxed Access backend to a SQL Server backend; the second was from a VB6 application to a .Net WinForms application.
