Programme Director for the redevelopment of the Army’s vehicle storage depots at Ashchurch and Monchengladbach, Germany and Programme Manager for Army estate rationalisation in London, managing 9 interrelated projects.

Responsible for all basing, infrastructure, engineering and logistic provision to British Forces in Germany to allow them to operate within the host nation. Also responsible for delivering all areas of Local Authority support to a population of 10,000 Service personnel and their families in Germany and across Europe including Healthcare, Social Work Services, Schooling and general administration to align with the host nations.

Lead Business Change Manager for the Joint and Operational areas of Support Chain Information Services. My team provides the gateway into the Group allowing customers to maintain in-service Logistic Information Systems and generate change when required.

Principle Plans Officer responsible for planning and coordinating the final six months of the UK military redeployment from Southern Helmand Province. Designed and then executed a complex programme over 6 months spanning all logistic, infrastructure and personnel areas which closed satellite bases to Camp Bastion, Camp Bastion and then Kandahar Airfield for UK Forces.

Commanding Officer of unit of 850 personnel consisting of soldiers, Civil Servants and locally employed civilians delivering Firm Base Support to a garrison of 4500 soldiers and civilians concurrent with being charged to close a bastion of the British Forces in Germany. Acted as the Local Authority delivering life and community support including facilities management, education and health services through central MOD agencies. Responsible Officer for the Garrison's element of the Germany re-basing change programme, delivering the project to a self-generated stretch target whilst making circa £20M saving in the process.

Programme Manager for the Training element of the Defence Technical Training Change Programme. Delivered the £32M Early Training Transformation project with Raytheon Training Services and QinetiQ, trialing an innovative training methodology used to scope the future training solution. Analysed contemporary, market leading training techniques to bring into the programme.

Military Assistant and Chief of Staff to the Director Programmes and Technology Group, Defence Equipment & Support.Through Life Capability Management and Requirements Management focal point for the organisation.Requirements Manager for the Land element of the Group's work analysing technological advances and determining their maturity for inclusion in MOD acquisition projects.

Principle staff officer to the Divisional Deputy Chief of Staff concentrating on logistic and personnel planning and delivery for a division commanding 25000 personnel.Chief logistic planner for the Division during its tour in Iraq.

Established an engineering organisation to provide equipment support to a logistic brigade. Commanded 85 engineering personnel with an equipment table of circa £10M. Successful deployments supported the brigade during training in the UK and conducted an in-depth repair of the British Army's training fleet in Canada, using innovative Lean techniques.

Senior tri-service management and command training course to prepare officers for assignments up to Colonel level.

MSc spanning Defence Technology with a major unit in C4ISTAR.

Engineering policy focal point for REME. Generated a single ISO9000 compliant engineering policy for the Corps as well as complementary maintenance standard for the Army's equipment.

Established an engineering organisation to provide equipment support to the newly formed Joint (Army/RAF) Nuclear Biological Chemical Regiment. Commanded 45 engineering personnel.Developed engineering practices and built the team to support operations in Kuwait and then Iraq.
