Andy Moore serves as CEO of B. Riley Securities, a leading investment bank formed through B. Riley & Co’s acquisition of FBR & Co in 2017. He previously served as President of B. Riley & Co, as well as Head of Capital Markets and Head of Equity Sales. In addition to providing strategic direction as the firm’s CEO, Andy plays a critical role structuring Issuer financings, placing the related instruments into the firm’s proprietary institutional client base, and ensuring appropriate secondary market support. Previously, Andy held sales positions at Roth Capital Partners and Bear Stearns. He is a registered investment adviser and licensed stockbroker with active FINRA Series 7, 24, 66, 87 licenses. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business.B.
