External Engagement Manager for two newly funded EPSRC Centres for Doctoral Training - DiveIn & AGQ. DiveIn is Diversity-Driven Mission-Led Research (DiveIn CDT) at the University of Glasgow. The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Algebra, Geometry, and Quantum Fields (AGQ CDT) is a collaborative effort by University of Glasgow, University of Edinburgh, and Heriot-Watt University.

Working with the Scotland 5G Centre, Scottish Futures Trust, The Crichton Trust, and other key partners to launch the new 5G innovation hub in Dumfries as part of the S5GConnect Programme. Scotland's first rural 5G connectivity hub. Leading on engagement with industry and public/private/not for profit-charity sectors to ensure the hub's services are widely understood and that this new hub can be a connector and facilitator of 5G opportunities for growth in the Dumfries & Galloway/South of Scotland region and beyond.

Chief Executive of Age UK West Cumbria covering the leadership and management of all areas of operation. Implemented a transformation programme to make the organisation sustainable, commercial and fit for purpose within the housing, health and social care integration landscape.Developed partnership working opportunities with Universities to bring new and innovative solutions to customers and communities in West Cumbria. In particular addressing the digital divide to ensure connectivity is available to all, especially the disadvantaged, so that the full benefits of digital innovations, such as digital health can be experienced by all.
