I have experience in estimating and project control in roles covering Cost Control, Procurement and predominantly Planning. I am well versed in dealing with clients in terms of peer reviews, reporting to them, aligning work, forecasting of costs and workloads, key performance milestones, agreement of scope and work packages, etc. My primary role is to interface with all subcontractors as well as the client to ensure all scopes of works and deliverables are amalgamated together and consequently scheduled to an agreed schedule and cost. My primary tool for doing this is Primavera along with Acumen Fuse, although Mircrosoft Project has also been successfully used. I have also responsible for designing effective and efficient monitoring tools to assist with the day to day tasks of monitoring actuals vs. forecasts.
