Leads consultative performance improvement, change management, communication and training for Information and Analytics Services initiatives which impact leaders and teammates of Atrium Health. Makes recommendations for the development, design, and implementation of programs and initiatives to effectively and efficiently use IAS services across the organization.• Applies instructional design methods – such as ADDIE, SAM, rapid prototyping – as well as change management, communication, and project management best practices to performance improvement projects and programs.• Analyzes and diagnoses the educational needs of the organization, teams, and department in order to provide the appropriate education interactions as well as the best delivery methods to impact educational gaps and desired, resulting, measurable outcomes. Conducts needs assessments through research, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.• Collaborates with stakeholders, SMEs, and end users to create scope and sequence of curriculum to identify learning gaps, create project agreement, design, and develop training and use evaluation methods • Organizes, sequences, and creates instructional materials, performance support, and on-the-job experiences (tutorials, job aids, references, audio and video scripts, videos, story boards, eLearning, instructor-led training, etc.) that transform complex, industry-related information into professionally written, easy-to-understand interactive learning. • Manages project timeline and resources (subject matter experts, vendors, contract personnel, and budget) to ensure deliverables are completed in scope and on schedule; sets priorities based on organization strategy. • Manages, publishes, tests, and loads educational assets to LMS. Acts as LMS administrator for all eLearning assets for the IAS education department and makes recommendations regarding best practices and structure of the system.
