My current role is the Operations Superintendent at the Incitec Pivot Gibson Island chemical plant in Brisbane Australia. I have been recently seconded to the Operation Readiness Lead role to coordinate the de-commissioning of the plant prior to the construction of a Green Ammonia Plant. The Operations Readiness Lead role involves the coordination of the team to develop isolation, Confined Space Entry and decontamination procedures across five plants and implementation of processes to make sure the plant shuts down safely and is decontaminated, ready for handed over to the contractors on schedule.I have extensive experience in Operations including a secondment to the Production Manager role and a background as a Maintenance Supervisor, All my roles have been safety critical manufacturing plants in the Chemical and Nuclear fields.I have a proven track record of developing autonomous teams and championing diversity in the work place. I am proud that in my four year tenure i have put in place the processes and culture change to increase the female participation in Operations from 1% to 25% of the Gibson Island Production workforce. I have good communication skills and develop teams to be focused on safe operations through a practical bottom up approach to problem solving.Specialities and Key Words associated with Andy TullProcess Operations, Operations Superintendent, Operations readiness, Trainer, WH&S, Workplace Safety, OH&S, HSE, HSEC, Nuclear, Diversity, Inclusion
