After 30yrs experience in the IT Recruitment industry, it was time to move on. The Access IT Recruitment business is in good hands, & further success will add to that already achieved. Everybody has a passion, & mine is Rugby League & Sheffield Eagles. My role will be to develop the Business, using my experience, governance, compliance, & leadership, whilst enjoying the on-field success too, developing a winning culture throughout the club. Business & Sports philosophies often overlap for the good of all. Pleased to have helped the club back into our new facility at the Olympic Legacy Park #theeagleshavelanded

Having played in the first ever game, gaining heritage number #001, coached the academy & assisted with the 1st team, before joining the Board of Directors, the transition to CEO for a period was inevitable. Irrespective of job title the role is doing my best for the club to help make us successful, secure & a great place to enjoy Rugby League. The achievement of winning the inaugural 1895 Trophy at Wembley was a fabulous way to celebrate the 1st Year.
