• Processes internal and external claims with labor operations and all necessary information required by the manufacturer in a timely manner to obtain best return for the dealership. • Reviews repair orders written for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedure manuals. • Returns improperly completed repair orders to the person originating the document for correction and/or completion as necessary. • Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps and/or other administrative data required and enter them on the repair orders. • Ensures all correct parts have been charged and if necessary re-priced. • Flags the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations they performed according to manufacturer policies and procedures. • Works alongside the Warranty Administrator to check repair orders against the vehicle’s service history to avoid making duplicate claims and technician receiving double payment.

• Update the incoming purchase order report for the company’s investors by emailing and/or calling vendors.• Manage drop ships from vendors.• Reconcile orders and identify discrepancies to ensure they are correct.• Receive orders throughout the day.• Investigate and claim shortages with vendors by coordinating with the warehouse staff.• Answer and transfer phone calls when the sales team is unavailable.• Inventory management.• Set up and finalize accounts with new vendors.• Obtain terms for existing accounts.

• Review historical files and documents related to MUSD’s Personnel Commission Rules and Regulations.• Organize all files for scanning and electronic organization in order to implement a systematic approach to reviewing and revising rules and regulations.• Research and identify other benchmark agencies to incorporate in analysis.• After careful analysis, make recommendations for revisions and/or development of rules and regulations.• Review, revise, and/or develop guidelines as a model for best practices.• Propose internal policies and procedures to systemize a review process.• Make final recommendations in the form of an executive summary.
