The Tennessee SHRM State Council serves the SHRM chapters of Tennessee by providing guidance, resources, and a forum for exchange of ideas and best practices in volunteer leadership, chapter management and professional development. Our customers are the Tennessee SHRM chapter leaders, members of the Tennessee SHRM chapters and at-large members of National SHRM in Tennessee.

With ~1500 attendees, sponsors and exhibitors, it was the largest TN state conference ever held . We produced a line-up of 78 programs (with 33 Business and 26 General CEU credit hours), including our featured keynote speakers John Daniel (EVP and CHRO First Horizon Financial), former NFL Quarterback and businessman Peyton Manning, and Dr. Michael Burcham (CEO Narus Health).

Founding Partner of boutique Talent Acquisition firm specializing in IT/Technology. Managed Sales and operations, expanded product offerings to include full suite of staffing services. Initiated a talent acquisition networking forum, bringing together in-house and 3rd party recruiters for monthly meetings to discuss issues and promote the Memphis technology community. Established guidelines to ensure meetings were topical, focused, and facilitated sharing and networking.
