I coordinated and secured project risk analysis and corporate management reviews and approvals. I also reviewed and revised divisional procedures and coordinated approvals with the divisional QA/QC resources.I also provided advice and support to engineering services on various boiler and appurtenant equipment for Services pursuits/proposals.

My responsibilities included collaborating with Business Development in identifying, tracking, and qualifying for requests for proposals, evaluating RFPs developing a competitive strategy, and executing the development of a proposal response with procurement and engineering resources. I established proposal budgets and tracked costs for proposal development and generated monthly accounting reports on sold projects per corporate requirements. I managed Services projects including burner upgrades and pressure part replacements, in addition to engineering studies and evaluations for upgrades to utility and industrial boilers and appurtenant equipment. I also aided owners and operators in identifying equipment deficiencies and potential solutions that might generate future RFPs.

My responsibilities included providing services to utility and industrial clients on a wide variety of steam generators and appurtenant equipment including pulverizers, fans, burners, HRSGs, subcritical and supercritical units. I inspected equipment and provided maintenance and operational support for proper and safe operation of all equipment. I executed field start up services for burner/low NOx including construction related support, start up, tuning, and acceptance testing.In addition to field service engineering duties, I aided Business Development with regular client visits throughout the Western USA to increase company exposure to potential clients and help identify potential future projects and develop future resource planning.
