I spent 17 years within the police force before leaving to begin my own business which focussed on helping local businesses make the most of social media. I specialised within the intelligence, in particular source cultivation and intelligence development which lead into complex investigations. Empathy and EQ were part of my everyday and this helps me understand situations, needs and identifies opportunities.
