Enabling development and operational teams to develop our market leading propositions into the UK public sector, understanding the market and energising sales teams.Key highlights included managing our flagship VMware IaaS cloud computing product as the business grew substantially in customers, revenue and people (recognised externally in the Sunday Times techtrack 100 in 2016 (#1) and 2017 (#17)). I was responsible for product strategy, business case ownership, sale training, market research, customer engagement, collateral development & senior stakeholder management.

Delivering SaaS solutions and support services to schools in the UK education market.The portfolio covered existing services with a focus on e-safety, or new services focused in helping schools get the most from cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365.A key highlight was the definition and delivery of a new Microsoft Office 365 migration and support service that enabled customers to easily adopt, configure and take advantage of the new Microsoft service that was being offered free to education environments. I was responsible for product strategy, business case ownership, sale training, market research, customer engagement, collateral development & senior stakeholder management.

Leading a team of engineers to deliver differentiated hardware devices focused on meeting the needs of UK education establishments. The products offered had to be durable, performant and cost effective.My team was consistently delivered new products ensuring they met technical, product, commercial and quality requirements. Typical activities included scripted software installs, manufacturing process development, product testing and technical documentation.Additionally, we regularly met with customers and suppliers to resolve any development or ongoing issues, or discuss future plans and requirements.A personal highlight in this role was the team delivering in excess of 150 projects in one year - including 20 major product introductions.

Senior engineer in charge of the technical roadmap for hardware devices designed for the UK education market.The role required working across multiple departments within RM - including product management, procurement, marketing, manufacturing and support. The major highlight was the research, design and development of the mobile one v2. A robust laptop that is drop proof, waterproof and had unpickable keys.
