Get involved in the project development process with customers, from the quote stage, DFM and mold flow analysis, design review, mold trials, samples evaluation, to mold delivery for mass production. 1：Coordinate with marketing and R&D department to follow up the new product development2：Collect relative information to make the project schedule and launch the kick-off meeting3：Evaluate mold design solution according to customer’s drawing and give proposal to its improvement4：Participate in mold construction process evaluation and give proposals5：Participate in part quality discussion and analysis between assembly6：Create data from scientific injection to analyze the root causes of defect and take action plan7：Make project final report and share the project experience within team8：Advertise for engineers, train for project management and injection process9：Follow up other issues assigned by project manager

1：Coordinate with marketing and mold construct department to follow up the new product development2：Collect relative information to make the project schedule and launch the kick-off meeting3：Follow up the mold trial and samples making issue4：Hold the meeting with relative departments to discuss mold and parts defect and make solutions5：Translate some technical engineer data6：Create relative file, such as BOM,FMEA,EWI,CP,APQP,PPAP,ROHS and REACH report7：Deal with customer complain and feedback with 8D or 5W1H report
