Blending 25+ years of Identity and Access Management expertise with a passion for solving complex technical challenges, I am a strategist and technologist dedicated to driving innovation in IAM. My career spans from pioneering Identity Management solutions in the late '90s to leading cutting-edge projects for the world's top financial institutions today. Known for my adaptability, I excel in roles demanding strategic oversight and deep technical knowledgeI started my career in Identity Management in the late '90s by developing a plugin for Netscape Directory Server to support an account onboarding project. I then led design and development for several complex access request systems built in Lotus Notes. In the early 2000s, I joined PwC to build my consulting and technical skills and ended up working with modern (at the time) Identity products like SiteMinder, Waveset, Control SA, and Tivoli. After a stint as a technical leader at Sun Microsystems, ending with its Oracle acquisition, I spent around three years as an Independent Consultant focusing on Identity projects and software development. Later, I joined a boutique IAM consultancy as a senior technical advisor, eventually taking on a player/coach role, leading ForgeRock engagements, working with Okta, Ping, Azure B2C, and ramping up on Exabeam.In early 2019, I joined Transmit Security as a Field Engineer, aiding in selling and deploying their groundbreaking Identity Orchestration software. I've worked directly with some of the world's largest and most demanding financial institutions, implementing their orchestration-based identity solutions for both workforce and consumers.
