Andy Hope Williams, Jr., a market place minister is on a mission to help others defend their freedom by any means necessary. High school dropout, former drug dealer, gang member and prisoner turned abolitionist who is a fierce advocate for individual rights; Andy found himself locked up in a mental prison years after his physical release. Until it didn’t.Born in Aurora, Illinois, he attended East Aurora High School before dropping out and taking up residency at the Illinois Department of Corrections. Determined to improve himself, Andy moved on to Lewis University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. After graduating, he worked as a lived experience activist during the foreclosure crisis. In 2012, Andy was elected vice president of the DuPage County NAACP.Andy made two bids to become President of the United States, running with the Libertarian Party in 2020 and as an independent in 2024. Now, a descendent of the 1854 Republican, the original abolitionists he considers himself A "Radical" Republican. In a groundbreaking case[against The United States Government] in the Northern District of Illinois, representing a class composed of Aboriginal, Indigenous, and African people who are imprisoned, and subjected to forced labor, he called for damages and declaratory and injunctive relief, seeking to "strike the offending language" from the Thirteenth Amendment itself. The prison labor exception to the Thirteenth Amendment's prohibition of slavery violates the First, Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments. Andy, like many other American people know it's time to institute a new government; one that truly represents the people. A New America is the embodiment of that government. A government where the power of people shall not be infringed or denied.
