I look to advance Siemens Rail Automation to be the best supplier for our customers and users. I am looking at new ways of analysing data, understanding customer needs and developing new solutions to meet those needs.

I have worked with Digital Railway to look at such issues as ERTMS performance and modelling, Traffic Management business cases and innovative ways of deploying new technology to the railway. I have created Siemens Rail Automation's open data analytics capability.I have also been looking to deploy the Siemens Data Capture Unit to the UK Railway to create new use cases using Mindsphere and Railigent to create value for our customers.

Providing Technical Leadership for the bids and tendering group within Siemens Rail Automation UK.I analyse bid submissions for technical compliance and develop new technology solutions for introduction to the market.

Ensuring the delivery of TRESA (ARS) for WestCAD.Delivered the first ARS for WestCAD. This included complex data to implement specific box instructions which had never been previously implemented using ARS. I managed the engineering of the whole life cycle from requirements elicitation through to commission and ongoing support.I also undertook project planning and day to day management as well as leading a small technical team in the delivery of the TREsim and TREsa for Nottingham and Burton Workstations at East Midlands ROC.
