I worked as a SMB account manager and quickly worked my way to Middle Market Account Executive by June, 2017.

I record and document every patient-doctor encounter for an eye surgeon in a fast-paced, high pressure clinic while maintaining the focus on accuracy and compassionate care. From assisting with medical procedures such as dilating eyes and measuring intraocular pressures to helping explain complex, specialized medical information I make sure that every patient receives not only the proper care, but feel welcome, informed, and leave knowing that they are in good hands.

As a sales associate I have worked in multiple locations and have consistently been a top seller of Fossil brand products. At the first opportunity for promotion in Tucson, AZ I was chosen to become a 3rd key manager (alt-hough trained up to general manager as my entire management team left my store within 4 weeks of each oth-er). At that point, I was delegated to train new team members and be the statistician for our store. This entailed weekly, monthly, and yearly updates on key product indicators such as conversion rate of customers, items per customer, and numerous other figures to obtain our daily-yearly goals. That year, our store was the only one out of eleven stores in our region to not only meet, but go above and beyond our given goals. The major jumps in sales came in September just after I was put in charge of the training and monitoring of the store and individual sales member’s statistics. Recently, I have started again just for the season as a sales associate and after 2 weeks am the number 1 sales member in total sales and other key indicators.
