Andy provides independent construction, procurement and tendering services to infrastructure clients, contractors and consultants. Prior to this role, he led HEB Construction's major projects division as the General Manager of the National Projects Division.His earlier experience in design consulting, coupled with his construction experience, has provided him with the expertise required in Design and Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and Alliancing procurement models.
