Vector Solutions is a SAAS company that sells several learning management technologies to sectors including education, firefighting, and commercial. At Vector Solutions, I am the lead UX designer for a product in the commercial sector called Convergence. Convergence is an LMS that is used to provide trainings to employees like factory workers, electricians, etc. My responsibilities have included:- reimagining the information architecture to better fit our users' mental models- redesigning screens across the platform to be more modern and easy to understand- performing UX research (user research interviews, affinity diagramming, fullstory, etc)

SimplePart is a software company that works with Fortune 500 automotive groups such as Toyota, Volkswagen, Nissan, BMW, and Subaru to sell car parts, accessories, and services online. As a member of the design team, I work to fulfill requests from these Fortune 500 companies, as well as creating designs that streamline the user experience for our clients, and their customers.

Worked with a group of designers and researchers to design a platform that helps young people with diabetes to transition from pediatric to adult care.

As part of the Kast design team, I designed consumer facing products for both desktop and mobile users that were seen by millions of users.Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 related budget cuts, I was not picked up for full-time.

Co-designed and prototyped a new website (desktop and mobile) for Audrey's coffeeshop in UCSD's Geisel Library. Performed user research, user interviews, and UI design. Designed and prototyped using Figma.

I designed a business facing tool that helped product managers as well as front end engineers find, view, and request new modules (components) of the Walmart website.

I volunteered as a research associate at the Leaders Forum, a non profit organization dedicated to placing talented Asian Americans into positions of influence within the public and private sector. While I was there I performed political data research on Asian Americans which helped create this article (https://www.attn.com/stories/10200/asian-americans-minority-group-parties-ignoring). I also helped critique the UI of the organization website (www.leadersforum.org), adjusting its wording and the way people interacted with the website.
