About Andy Young

I am passionate about all things to do with people, change and the transformation of financial services.I work with our global banking, insurance and capital markets clients on transformational change that increases their business performance and increasing their enterprise agility. I also help clients transform their workforces and HR services as part of being both more digital and more human enterprises.I help clients shape, lead and deliver the change journeys that matter most for their business. These range from growth, regulatory and cost reduction changes for today’s business, to significant structural, cultural and digital transformations that create the future business. This is not just the ‘comms and training’ you may be familiar with – we approach change in a way that is insight-driven, agile, innovation-powered, digitally-enabled and human-centered. By doing this, I help my clients achieve successful change outcomes, increasing business performance and lowering risk.FS is constantly changing. Given change is constant, I also help my clients increase their ability to change. This ranges from supporting clients with optimizing their change investments and professionalizing their change capability, through to setting up change managed services. We help our clients move from ‘doing agile’ in IT to the whole enterprise ‘being agile’ by increasing their enterprise agility, developing new flexible operating models, and embracing innovation. We are also seeing a massive disruptive of the FS workforce with new skills and mindsets, but also widespread automation through AI and use of contingent labour. I help my clients create a more human organisation that helps its people make these transitions. I also work with HR functions to develop new talent and HR strategies, create better colleague experience and adopt digital HR technologies such as ServiceNow, WorkDay, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, analytics, apps, mobile and robotics.
