Providing leadership and strategy for the use of technology across the bank, overseeing and ensuring a reliable and secure infrastructure, and supporting the needs of several distinct business units.

Overseeing all aspects of IT and Technology, I am responsible for ensuring we deliver accurate and effective customer service, provide a secure and reliable IT infrastructure, and technological integration. Working with our corporate business partners, we enable execution of long term strategies through process engineering, automation, and custom software solutions. We engage the entire supply chain to promote accountability through data while reducing manual and administrative overhead using principles of Lean Six Sigma. As the metals service industry continues to change and evolve, IT plays the crucial role in combining state of the art hardware and machinery with standardized processes and applications allowing for scalable cost effective growth.

Responsible for maintaining and expanding the internal CRM/ERP systems used by all call centers during the rapid growth from a 300k subscriber base to over 1.5 million. Systems included daily billing and recurring billing, job automation, financial reporting, and high volume credit card processing.
