Cato Institute is a think tank dedicated to the principles of individual liberty, limited government, free markets and peace.As an independent contractor with the Cato Institute, I was responsible for reformatting the back end data for years 2015 and 2016 of the Project on Criminal Justice's National Police Misconduct Reporting Project. In addition, I also created a Java program that will accelerate the reformatting of future data sets.

As an intern for the Project on Criminal Justice, I compiled back end data for the National Police Misconduct Reporting Project and assisted in criminal justice research on a variety of issues including police perjury, drug policy, and general law enforcement.In addition, I carried out additional assignments for other scholars in the fields of immigration and public polling. These included drafting blog posts, reading and summarizing studies, and compiling reports.
