Sensorlink er et innovativt selskap som utvikler og leverer høyteknologiske systemer for måling av korrosjon og erosjon i rørledninger på havbunnen. Sensorlink selger og leverer produkter på verdensmarkedet og vi jobber direkte mot de store oljeselskapene.Som prosjektleder hos Sensorlink var jeg med i hele prosessen i et prosjekt, fra salg og kontraktsinngåelse til overlevering og ferdigstillelse. Jeg jobbet i hele verdikjeden, med alt fra oppfølging av underleverandører og assembly og test i våre lokaler, til rapportering til kunde. Jeg jobbet hands-on og deltok på verkstedsaktiviteter. Våren 2021 var jeg i Australia og bisto med montering av vårt utstyr på subsea-utstyr.

At Blueye I had the pleasure to combine my passion for the ocean with work, making the the next generation underwater drones! I followed up our manufacturer in Poland and coordinated internal projects, working close with our technical team within software, electronics and mechanics. I also led the first development project after the first product release, where we were to implement tilt on the camera. The project team consisted of people within the fields of electronics, mechanics and software.Typically for start-ups, I also did a variety of other tasks, such as sales & demos, courses, attending fairs & seminars and in general making sure we had very satisfied customers!

At Rambøll I was employed at the Department of Business Development & Logistics. Here I worked with project management and consultancy for the aquaculture industry among others. In addition I was the head of the national internal network of project managers and were able to influence internal processes while working close with some of my colleagues in the management team located in Oslo. I also led the national part of an internal project where we were to implement the GDPR legislation in Rambøll.

Establish and lead projects and project teams. Daily follow-up of progress, budgeting and economic analysis. Internal reporting to line manager and external reporting to clients. Implement project improvements and motivate team. A part of the industrial defence for Aker Solutions at CCB Ågotnes.

The Norwegian Seafood Centre is an organization which develops and shares information about seafood through national and international projects. As a project coordinator I worked with various projects towards the publics, the R&D industry, innovation organizations and the fishery and aquaculture industry. My work consisted of conveying information, facilitating professional events, maintaining databases and client relationships and signing of contracts. I also contributed in project applications, economic analysis and professional articles and report.
