Major responsibilities are 1. To develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with organisational goals, and identify opportunities for reducing environmental impact and improving resource efficiency. Furthermore, ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.2. To lead the Operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment (CSBR, ASP) and recycling utilities like conventional Reverse osmosis plants, Close circuit reverse osmosis plants (CCRO) and electro-deionizer plants.3. To develop initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Implement carbon reduction strategies and track progress towards emission reduction targets.4. To develop water conservation strategies and initiatives. Implement water-saving technologies and practices to reduce water usage,5. To develop training programs and awareness campaigns on sustainability topics. To monitor and evaluate sustainability initiatives for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.6. To lead and provide guidance of process operation (Biological/chemical/physiochemical/recycling) and electro-mechanical maintenance of a fully automated water/wastewater Treatment Plants including processes like aerobic treatment, reaeration, excessive sludge dewatering, and optimisation of homogeneous Fenton process etc.7. Responsible and to lead the internal, external and third party Laboratory testing to check water quality from the water treatment plants, treatment efficiencies from wastewater treatment plants and sludge analysis for proper handling and management.8. To lead Potential Research and Development to optimise the operating conditions of water and wastewater treatment utilities.9. To manage the training of respective area’s employees and operational staffs to help them for proper implementation of environmental sustainable approach and better execution of the environmental management plans and systems.

To calculate Carbon emissions and GHG emissions.3. Handling of Air dispersion model.4. To conduct field surveys and collect baseline data for estimation of levels of pollution or contamination on a site or area of consideration.5. To carry out desk based research and interpreting data.6. To prepare Lab Reports of Ambient air, noise, stack emissions, water and wastewater testing. Write EIA/IEE Reports and share findings with multi disciplinary colleagues, clients, sub-contractors (such asanalytical laboratories) and regulators.7. To finalize and submit EIA/IEE to concerned Environment Protection Agency.8. To Develop conceptual models which involves identification and consideration of potential contamination.9. To look at the suitability of new developments like housing, power stations, new roads or other large sites that may impact the environment.10 To manage legislative issues for clients.11. To conduct Public hearings and made replies to concerned EPA's on concerned raise, and Present Projects on committee of experts held in concerned Environmental Protection Department.
