Working with a diverse range of clients across various industries - notably Oil & Gas, Science, Tech and FMCG. As a Junior Account Manager, I have immersed myself in agency culture. My role includes:- Managing multiple workstreams across an extensive portfolio of global clients; including UK, EU and US clients - Cross collaborating with our global teams- Building strong relationships with clients and liasing with them to achieve their vision and objectives - Working on Social & Programmatic campaigns (Nationwide and Global)- Presenting and building proposals - Monitoring Performance & Analytics across a myriad of channels - Supporting EVP and brand strategy- Collaborating with our in-house Studio, PMs and wider Strategic Account Management teams to achieve the deliverables we set out

Part of the close-knit Sky Business TV family whilst completing my undergraduate degree - dealing with commercial customers and ensuring that our customers make the most of Sky in their businesses. We experienced a lot of change in these 4 years, most notably the pandemic where the licensed sector was affected the most. Working on two high profile projects in HR over a period of 6 months - the roll-out of IR35 and Brexit, ensuring our business runs smoothly and is prepared for the changes across the workforce. During my time here, I was responsible for:- Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure the requirements were met - Performing tasks central to the success of the projects such as scheduling, organising and creating solutions to problems faced- Consistently meeting deadlines alongside my team whilst in a pandemic, taking risks and dependencies into account- Providing support on an ad-hoc basis
