Aneesh Hariharan is a Technical Instructor, Amazon Cloud Institute at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Colleagues describe them as "Aneesh reported to me at AWS in his role as a Technical Instructor. Aneesh's role was to instruct both internal and external AWS users on how to operate and excel in the services. Aneesh quickly jumped into our more complex specialty course, achieving Machine Learning and Data Analytics certifications less than a year after starting in the role. Aneesh took instruction very well and I never had to critique him more than once; further, sometimes I didn't need to critique him at all as he often realized his shortcomings and proactively solicited my counsel on how to resolve issues that were beyond his knowledge. Aneesh went beyond his core job requirements to also voluntarily mentor other instructors in machine learning and helped develop machine learning products.
