 Administer occupational health, safety, security and environment policy and advice the site/project manager and coordinate the compliance with client's HSSE producers and all applicable HSSE legal requirements. Coordinates HSSE management system, promote and develop HSSE culture, measure and monitor workplace HSSE performance and make recommendation for improvements. Conducts regular inspection or audit to identify and evaluate workplace HSSE conditions and implement corrective action to rectify unsafe act/conduction effectively. Develops and coordinates implementation of emergency plans. Develops and ensures the implementation of the site/project HSSE Action Plan. Formulates and administers HSSE filing system accordance to OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004. Leads and coordinates toolbox meeting, mass briefing and HSSE trainings. Leads and coordinates HSSE violation or incident or accident investigation with comprehensive recombination for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards. Ensures the site/project HSSE portal is updated in timely manner. Develops, compiles, analyses and interpret the site/project monthly HSSE KPI statistical data.  Actively participates and support PEC cooperate and client’s HSSE programs and meetings. Report all incident and accident as per the site/project and company's emergency reporting protocol.

 Reported to the HSE in-charge and assist in the daily HSE enforcement on board vessel. Assist to implement the site /project HSE action plan. Assist in coordinating the toolbox meeting, HSE training. Assist in coordinating the accident/incident investigation. Perform firefighting, rescue and oil pollution operation when the need arise.  Monitor and inspect all work activities to ensure that safe work practice is carried out in all work operation. Conduct regular gas monitoring of confined space and update the status on the tank /confined space status chart Conduct HSE enforcement and take disciplinary action against safety offenders
