My responsibilities in this role include below:- Partner with IT leadership and business unit technology leaders to enable accomplish measurable outcomes aligned with go-to-market expectations. - Ensures that all development teams are following SSDLC guidelines set forth by the organization and facilitate training and compliance.- Define the infrastructure and technology operations strategy to support the business needs for scalability, growing demand for capacity, and associated quality of service.- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for infrastructure spending and initiatives. - Help define requirements for complex/urgent business requirements and see them through completion.- Provide reliable due diligence and technical assessments of potential IT resource acquisitions and facilitate risk assessments.- Identify team learning opportunities and develop a plan to implement.- Oversee the implementation and development of security policies.

My roles and responsibilities include:• Database programming in SQL to support website from backend which includes procedures, indexing etc.• Developing of web portals that are supported by databases, services etc. with code optimized to minimize the post backs to the server and allowing for client side computation.• Developing web services that are easy to consume by various different web applications and thus ensuring code reusability and easy management.• Adhering to the quality process required for releasing build to production which includes preparing various documents like software requirement specification document, unit test cases etc and getting the requisite sign-off in time.• Monitoring and contributing to the different phases of software development cycle - Requirement analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.

Project involved studying and developing with their IT development team, of their Bank Guarantee module, which was a part of their core Finance Management System and has been developed in Java technology.Also, observed the disciplined environment in such a reputed firm and motivating attitude of its employees towards the work assigned.
