Evercar was an LA-based startup that operated a fleet of on-demand electric and hybrid vehicles for drivers in the shared economy. By renting cars at a low hourly rate including insurance and fuel, drivers could flexibly participate in the new economy and earn money through ride-sharing and delivery services. Evercar operated a fleet of 100+ vehicles in Los Angeles and San Francisco.As an Operations Manager, I worked across the driver acquisition and customer operations teams to build scalable processes and systems for Evercar's growth and expansion.
