 Integration & Commissioning of 3G NODE B(Huawei 3900),Huawei 2G BTS(3900,3012, DBS3900,DBS 3900A). Commissioning of Huawei Microwave links- Optix RTN 605,620 (1+0,1+1). Conducting acceptance test for Huawei BTS 3900, 3012. Conducting acceptance test for Huawei Microwave links- Optix RTN 605 & checking E1 stability using BER Meter. Taking VSWR values and measuring TRX output power & fine tuned power each TRXs With OMCR support. BTS acceptance test and alarm testing (according with BSNL & HUAWEI acceptance format)  Visit the site for Quality Check and report to Quality team for Site Audit. Ensuring that the work completion report is obtained as per requirement. Responsible for building good relations with customer.

 Installation & Commissioning of ZTE BTS. Operation and maintenance of ZTE BTS. Checking Stability of E1 & Alarm. Involved in Microwave Survey, I & C, calculating Path Loss etc. E1 testing and optical power testing. Quick response to OMC alarms and rectification of the site issues. Conducting Acceptance Test for BTS and Microwave. RFI (Ready for installation) survey for both BTS and Microwave. Integration of the ZTE BTS with BSC. Installation of ZTE BTS (Indoor/Outdoor), BBU, RRU, OLPB, ILPB. Commissioning of Intracom IDR & ISR Ensure the proper cable routing (OFC, power cable, jumper cables, E1 and earthing cables). Alarm Termination. Integration of the ZTE BTS with BSC Performing acceptance test after Integration. Handled LCT IDR terminal Handling the teams and coordinating with management and client.
