Responsibilities and Duties: Issue contract instructions/work packages to Service Stream on $81 m contract Log and resolve RFIs (Request for information) Maintain risk register. Administer contract and issue transmittal and notices Provide input into contract renewals and governance Log variations, issue sequence numbers to project managers Management and tracking of project expenditure, EOT (extension of time) and progress claim processing Make sure project is adequately funded and flag commercial issues with finance. Negotiate and recommend new schedule of rates in the contract. Liaise with material suppliers and make sure availability and pricing Administration of project HSE system

Responsibilities and Duties: Providing financial administration & account management services to jobs in Queensland  Managing a diverse group of sub-contractors, including compliance & risk management Verifying of new sub-contractor information, issuing contracts & documentation Approving all Sub-contractor invoices Timely accurate entry of all financial data in Viswide system Problem solving for Sub-contractors, including coordinating access to Telstra sites & invoice enquiries  Mediating disputes between contractors & customers Working in a team environment Preparation of Visionstream claim & activity spreadsheets, entering into Telstra TCSS system Tracking sub-contractor performance, ensuring compliance with client(Telstra) Service Level Agreement Preparation of monthly reports  Assisting Contract Manager as directed General financial & administrative support duties Ensuring compliance with corporate code of conduct
