Part of the Independent Evaluation Office of GEF (GEF IEO) tasked with data analysis within their portfolio of thematic evaluations.Key Achievements:- Current tasks include project design reviews, terminal evaluations validation, quality assessment of terminal evaluations.- Successfully led the portfolio review for closed and ongoing GEF-5, GEF-6, GEF-7 phases for the Co-financing evaluation.

Part of the Technical Evaluation Reference Group of AF (AF-TERG) tasked to lead data analysis within their portfolio of thematic evaluations and develop and disseminate knowledge products to facilitate internal and external learnings and capacity-building.Key Achievements:- Managing and updating comprehensive project workflows for all current and upcoming evaluations using Asana.- Analyst for a scoping study on AI for Evaluations in collaboration with climate funds GEF, GCF, and CIF.- Leading research and analysis for development of ToRs for various thematic evaluations.- Conducted portfolio review of AF projects, developed the evidence gap maps, summarized results for the Rapid Evaluation of AF.- Created and conducted AF-TERG’s Multiannual Work Programme survey and analyzed results to guide the new work plan(s).- Conducted portfolio review, quality assurance, and data analysis to support the Synthesis of Final Evaluations. - Liaised with the AF Board Secretariat on key evaluation works. - Developed presentations for Board meetings, created report summaries, and outreach to internal and external stakeholders.- Created a compendium of Board decisions, prepared AF-TERG bi-weekly meeting memos, and internal database management.- Supported AF-TERG’s representation at the COP28 through preparation of presentations and Run of Show.
