Wire Hire is an organization that specializes in Recruitment, Freelance requirements, Outsourcing, Hr Management, Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing Solutions, and Human resources. In the organization, I was tasked with recruiting candidates for different roles for our clients. The positions I was required to recruit were Math tutor, Academic counselor, and Customer Support Executive. I have also taken telephonic interviews and vetted resumes during my internship. I was asked to take over the induction of new Human Resource recruitment interns who joined after me and helped them in their work. I also drafted and sent emails to different institutions inviting them for internship opportunities in our organization.
