Duties and responsibilities•Co ordination with client and inspection authorities.•Commissioning and installation of field instruments.•Maintain project schedule and develop project documentation such as Detail Design specifications and training materials•Successfully implemented systems integration projects with various DCS and SCADA systems (Experion, Yokogawa, Foxboro, and GE)•Supervision of all instrumentation activities like Calibration, Tube & Cable laying, Instrument hook up etc.•Calibration & installation of Radar sensors, Ultrasonic sensors, Pressure gauges, Pressure transmitters, Flow control valve including the solenoid valve, limit switches etc.•Loop checking of hooked up instruments with DCS.•Preparation of Cable schedule, Cable routing, Hook-up drawing & P&Ids.•Junction box scheduling, termination details, Commissioning and interface to SCADA.•Preparation BOQ & BOM required for the project.•Provide training for engineers and technicians for equipment operation and maintenance at client’s site. •Co ordination vendors for project specific instruments and materials like transmitters, sensors, ESD, cables, junction boxes and bulk materials.•Preparation of cost estimation.

Direct supervision of project management, liaison with client, developing procedures/method statements for various activities, produce various progress monitoring reports. Experience in PLC, SCADA, DCS (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Yokogawa, Foxboro, GE etc) & HMI configuration as well as programming. Familiar with industrial communications like EtherCAT, Profibus, Profinet, IO-Link etc. Ability to coordinate with a supervising team and deliver key performance indicators. Sound knowledge in control circuits designing as well as implementation. Sound knowledge in various Variable frequency drives configuration as well as programming. Experience in AutoCAD 2D, Electrical CAD. Possess good communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Duties and responsibilities•Erection and commissioning of Allen-Bradley vibration and rpm sensors in cooling water pumps, boilers, turbines etc.•Erection of field instruments like TT, FT, PT, LT, ESD & Flow control valve including solenoid valve, I/P converters, Limit switches, Pressure regulators, Thermocouples, RTDs etc. •Calibration of field instruments like Transmitters (TT, FT, PT, LT),Pneumatic valves (on/off valves, control valves, ESD valves) etc.•Having good knowledge on testing equipments like HART communicator, Druck pressure and process calibrator.•Installation of cabinets and consoles, cable tray supports and tray routing as per given and typical drawing.•JBs installation as per given and typical drawing.•Testing and termination of all cables as per the drawing.•Loop checking of hooked up instruments with DCS.•Functional test for ESD valves. •Preparation of work permits.• Preparation of Job progress report & periodic reports.
