I performed weekly audits on the ongoing construction activities and developed reports with recommendations based on ISO 45001:2018 & 14001:2015 against audit criteria set by EdgeConex. I take pride in managing multiple projects while ensuring safety and meeting project objectives.

I was appointed as a Project HSE Manager for Google's Data Centre Project. My role entailed overseeing the HSE management system and working with over 20 subcontractors to ensure its smooth functioning. I implemented the POPMAR model throughout the project, encompassing Policy, Organising, Planning and Implementing, Measuring Performance, Audit, and Reviewing. This approach allowed me to achieve the objective for BDC and Google.

As an Assistant HSE Manager at the Jio World Centre Project, I was privileged to oversee the safety of over 40 contractors on board. It was an incredible experience to be a part of Asia's most extensive multi-use construction project and the 5th largest in the world! My primary focus was safety orientation, which involved HSE induction and training, workshops, competency evaluation, and document review and approval. I worked on various HSE documents such as Risk Assessment, Safe Operating Procedures, PTW system, HSE plans, Checklist, Safety Budget, Motivational programs, and more. I also assisted the Project HSE Directors with day-to-day activities such as NCR close out, preparation of MOM of weekly walkthroughs, incident investigation, audit and inspection, CSR activities, safety campaigns, and medical camps - ensuring that every aspect of the project was carried out with the utmost safety and care. It was an exciting and challenging project, and I am proud to have participated.
