Job Duties: 1. Monitor project correspondences and documents to identify matters of contractual significance and events giving rise to additional time and cost impacts. 2. Issuing notices to client/subcontractors in accordance with contract requirements.3. Valuation of completed works and process payment application to clients.4. Preparing cost claims for additional scope of work.5. Review and analysis of subcontractor claims and to respond as per the subcontract conditions.6. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly7. Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved8. Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors.9. Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors10. Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.11. Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.12. Co-ordination with planning dept. to ensure work progress as per planned schedules.13. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers14. Maintain project records for claim/EOT substantiation.15. Maintain and update notice of delay (NOD) and extension of time (EOT) register.16. Compilation, co-ordination and documentation with the necessary technical / commercial / contractual input from the relevant personnel.

Quantity Surveying Piping quantity estimation of underground & above ground piping.  The completion of quantity estimation by the insulation of piping & insulation of mechanical equipment.  Piping painting quantity estimation of underground & aboveground piping.  The completion of quantity estimation by the structural steel. Gathered this information into a single logical spreadsheet formatted to meet the client’s requirements.2. New Rate Proposing Prepare rate analysis for new materials and extra items of work for client approval.3. Checking Quantity Analysis of subcontractor claimed quantities and certification of payment.4. Additional Quantity of Field Modification Works in All Disciplines.  Take the Additional Quantity of all disciplines which become under Field changes according to site condition which affects project schedule as well as cost.5. Valuation of completed works and process payment application.6. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.7. Coordination with procurement department to finalize best procurement route.8. Quantity estimation and cost analysis for finalization of project schedule and cost.

Checking of all incoming electrical items like various types protection relays, various types of meters, contactors, auxiliary switches, CTs, PTs etc.9. To attend customer complaints on various sites & co-ordinate site work.
