Leading a team of Engineer on *HVAC Design *Estimation of HVAC system *HVAC Modeling (Revit MEP)

Coordinating with client and architect for design requirements and needsMechanical Design calculations as per standards such ASHRAE, SMACNA, NABH and ISO-14644Design and preparation of Equipment schedule such as FCU, AHU, Chiller, Heater battery, Primary/secondary/ condenser pumps, Pressurization tank and cooling tower.Prepare chilled water, fresh air schematic, Ducting, piping layouts, standard detailed drawings and shop drawings.Preparation of single line drawings and coordinate with Drafting team to develop shop drawings.Calculating annual cooling load and energy consumption.Taking quantities and preparing BOQ.Perform design calculations such as Heat load, Ventilation, Static pressure, Pump head, Lift/Stair well pressurization etc..Leading a team of 3 members ( 1 Junior engineers & 2 draftsmans) . Estimation of HVAC system (Budgetory offer)

* Prepare/Review mechanical calculations such as Heat load, Ventilation, Pump head, Static pressure, water demand, etc. * Prepare chilled water and fresh air schematic, Ducting and piping layouts and standard detailed drawings. * Quantity take-off, and estimation * Requesting approval for Method of statement, Material submittal, drawing submittal with proper documentation and logs. * Raising RFI and inspection requests with proper documentation and logs. * Working as Site engineer, Co-ordination, work allocation and inspecting MEP works. * Representing project progress & coordination meeting with Consultant/Main contractor/Subcontractor

* Prepare/Review mechanical calculations such as Heat load, Ventilation, Pump head, Static pressure, water demand, etc.. * Prepare chilled water, fresh air schematic, Ducting, piping layouts, standard detailed drawings and shop drawings (REVIT MEP). * Exceptional expertise to coordinate with service such as HVAC, Structural, Electrical plumbing, fire in order to match with architects requirement * Quantity take-off * Coordinating with site engineers and updating project progress * Preparing as built drawings. * Documentation
