Postdoctoral Research Fellow
At Skin Omics Lab, setup under the aegis of Wound Care Innovation for the Tropics Programme, I focus on the identification of proteomic and metabolomic biomarkers for early interception of non-healing chronic wounds in the Asian population. One of the largest prospective, longitudinal wound studies profiling 250+ patients, 2000+ samples, initiated in collaboration with 5 Hospitals in Singapore. I also drive 4 collaborative projects with other scientists in A*SRL that address their metabolomics research needs. I've developed targeted metabolomics methods for ceramides, polyamines, TCA intermediates in plasma and skin tissue.
