Software Team Lead, Architect
Current● Developing applications that frequently consume enterprise data from our service bus architectureand other data sources as needed.● Liaising with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise accordingly from thetechnical perspective.● Defining and implementing design standards to promote a consistent and high quality user experiencefor our users.● Evaluating feedback from internal stakeholders and our customers, and advising how to satisfyrequirements and maximise the user experience.● Advising on and implementing development process automation for code builds, tests anddeployments● Assist with work planning requirements and provide input on estimation of task effort.● Liaising with team mates to promote code quality and software design best practice.● Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.● Balancing design principles and technology standards with product timelines and customer specificrequirements.● Lead a team in the development, coding, and delivery of new software products and applications.● Perform product and customer research and develop improvement strategies based on findings.● Collaborate with team members to identify strengths and weaknesses of applications and improveupon them.● Evaluate functionality of products and remediate any lapse in functionality● Promote a consistent and high quality experience for end users and service consumers● Build front end web pages and mobile screens, consistent with prescribed designs and the Randstaddesign language● Development back end and front end modules consistent with agreed standards and best practices● Designs, sizes and builds a functional and technical system architecture based on business needsand drivers● Designs and sizes third-party integrations, being the technical point of contact● Is responsible for solution non-functional requirements (like solution performance, scalability, andsecurity)
