Hello, everyone! My name is Aneesh Kumar, and I am excited to share my teaching and research experiences with you. With a strong academic background and a passion for chemistry, I have dedicated myself to guiding and mentoring students on their academic journey.I have had the privilege of working with Vedantu Innovations Pvt. Ltd. as a Chemistry educator, where I focused on preparing students for the IIT-JEE exams. My approach to teaching involves fostering problem-solving abilities through student-focused methods. I believe in promoting active discussions and participation to create an engaging learning atmosphere. Additionally, I provided one-on-one mentoring and addressed students' doubts through platforms like Telegram, offering video solutions to enhance their understanding.In addition to my teaching experience, I have also engaged in research at the National Institute of Technology-Durgapur, West Bengal and Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute-Durgapur, West Bengal. There, I worked in Metallurgical and Non Destructive Testing Lab, manufacturing metal matrix composites for electrical applications using copper and Titanium dioxide ceramic. I analyzed data to evaluate the performance of these composites, contributing to advancements in the field.My academic journey includes a M Tech in Materials Engineering from NIT Durgapur and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from AKTU Lucknow. Along the way, I have cultivated skills in communication, adaptability, collaboration, teamwork, and quick learning.I am proud to have achieved several milestones, including being securing an All India Rank of under 8000 in the GATE exam multiple times.In my teaching philosophy, I firmly believe in recognizing each student's unique strengths and utilizing them to unlock their full potential. Through collaborative efforts, we can address challenges and create a supportive and enriching learning environment where every student can thrive.I am excited to embark on this journey with you all, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm for chemistry with you.
