Monitoring the Reliability of the PWC Engines by capturing and analyzing all the field events of the engines flying across the Globe.Analyzing the field events with the help of teardown reports/Maintenance & Overhaul manuals/parts catalogue/contact reports and identify the root cause of the event and categorize them as Basic or non-basic.Performing reliability analysis to assess engine/LRUs reliability & health and taking necessary corrective actions in consultation.Making engineering judgements and applying technical expertise to perform reliability calculations and working with spares investigations to find the root cause for technical issues in field.Attending the Screen Team Meetings with Clients from Pratt to discuss the current potential root cause drivers which impacts engine Reliability.Delivering defined technical packages and investigations against program milestone.Involving in the Enterprise change (EC) requests for OEM manuals (EMM, IPC, OHM & SB’s.).Presenting all Service Difficulty Reporting Events and preparing & reviewing packages to report to Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) to take necessary actions.Reporting field events and investigation status of LRU, and delivering regular metrics to stakeholders to the decision-making level leadership, customers, suppliers, etc.)Analyzing the high visibility events which threaten the safety of aero plane and passengers during flight & responsible to respond with corrective to the Regulatory Agency.Performing reliability prediction analyses, Life of component, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removal (MTBUR) on Pratt and Whitney Engines.Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA). Root Cause Analysis of engine models and LRUs with Customer Support.Developed multiple dashboards in Power BI for showing KPI’s for top offending drives in Reliability analysis.Issuing ICA & PMA approval letter to the customer and making tracker of the documents.

Incorporating SB changes in the Existing Drawing and release for customer. Preparing Wiring Diagram for Manual Preparation of Single Aisle aircraft (Airbus) Drawing Verification for A/C which have new SB released and its applicability.
