At an early start of my career, i single-handedly carried out designs, handled travelling to sites, verified works at site and handled meetings without much supervision. To date I am a leader when it comes to chairing meetings, providing options and design possibilities to the client I work with. I am excellent at managing the team of engineers I have. I am a Team Player both with my Clients and with my working engineers in the design office so that our deliverables are met in terms of quality, time management and cost efficient. I also handle the Quality Control team whereby I ensure the design meets the Client's budget and estimates. My aim, I deliver my design, drawings and ensure the succession of each Job in hand.
