• Assist with event set-up and take-down• Oversee evening Athlete Institute programs (internal programs - youth basketball and soccer programs, gamedays; external rental groups - Ontario Volleyball Association)• Responsible for opening and locking up facilities (e.g., Dome, Fieldhouse, etc)• Serve in supporting roles for identified Athlete Institute special events (All Canadian Games).• Oversee program environment, ensuring safety and aesthetics of space and equipment.• Monitor programs on an ongoing basis both formally/informally and with input from participants/staff

• Assist with the planning, marketing and operation of programming - leagues, camps and clinics• Develop and post content for social media channels (Twitter, TikTok, lnstagram, Facebook, YouTube)• Schedule, create and send email marketing campaigns• Review and update websites• Create feedback forms, analyze and report results with recommendations• General administrative support for the management team

• Managing social media accounts on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok• Responding to any inquiries from participants or organizations• Creating posts for social media pages• Assisting in the process of creating a schedule for the event• Monitoring workshops throughout the event
