Responsibilities : > Provides Mergers & Acquisition support to clients > Identifying targets for acquisition based on defined criteria including financial performance, line of business & competition. > Building a sector map by capturing all the potential targets from third party databases like Pitchbook and S&P CapIQ, screening, analyzing and refining the initial list on the basis of set parameters. > Built sector model for more than 30 sectors including plant based, surgical supplies, circular economy, travel & tourism, CRO, EdTech, fintech etc. > Deals with large amount of datasets on daily basis.> Great understanding of financial databases including S&P CapIQ, Pitchbook> Contributes towards managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.
