Registered Medical Assistant
Current* Provide medication management to individuals including but not limited to medication observation, treatment and monitoring of side effects, monitoring and supportive services to increase compliance* Inform Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Primary Care Physician (PCP), Case Manager, and mental health provider, as appropriate, of medication concerns/issues* Provide case management by coordinating and implementing mental health and recovery support services with individual members* Document all services provided in clinically appropriate progress notes with timeliness and accuracy* Coordinate client services and appointments by working closely with the NP and providing follow-up consultation to clients* Prepare and ensure proper completion of the Nursing/Medical Initial Intake documentation including nursing notes, Medication Observation Record (MOR)* Maintain medication logs and medication storage in compliance with safety standards and industry standards of care* Other duties as assigned
