As a SmartGirlz coordinator, I lead and manage program logistics to empower young girls in STEM. I coordinate workshops, recruit facilitators, and collaborate with 16 schools and foster partnerships with multiple stakeholders such as UNICEF, TCRA, ICT Commission, and ITU. I monitor outcomes and continuously improve program delivery to make a meaningful impact.
